Marketed as a “mattress enhancer” and not a “mattress topper”, it serves the same purpose. We test the Sleep Studio 2-Inch viscO2 ventilated memory foam mattress topper to see if is good enough.

Queen sized Sleep Studio 2-Inch viscO2 ventilated memory foam mattress topper is made of a plant-based Polyurethane formula. It has an open cell ViscO2 ventilated design which provides temperature control. Sleep studio recommends spot cleaning and prohibits machine wash (whoever would have a machine big enough to take in a whole mattress!). The queen size measures 78 x 58 x 2 inches and is treated with a natural anti-microbial solution for hypoallergenic properties.
Pros
To start off, the Sleep Studio 2-Inch viscO2 ventilated memory foam mattress topper claims to permit 5 times more air flow than its competitors, keeping the person’s body cool. At 3 pound per cubic foot density, it has higher density than other memory foam toppers (usually 2 pounds/ cubic foot). Hence, it provides better support to the curves, improved alignment and pressure point sleep. The best part is perhaps that the natural anti-microbial treatment which means that you won’t have to put up with horrible chemical smell for weeks.
Cons
Some people like their mattresses to be shipped with covers and this one is not. Also, a few users have reported minor pilling issues with the topper. The base material (Polyurethane) is same as all other memory foam mattress toppers available in the market for at least $80 less than this one.
At $230, Sleep Studio 2-Inch viscO2 ventilated memory foam mattress topper in queen size is a good buy. It has the highest density and best temperature control in its segment. The winning grace is the not-so-offensive initial chemical smell.
